I had such a great experience with Volante Motors! Carlos personally helped me get into a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta at an amazing deal, and I truly felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Everything was easy, straightforward, and I never felt pressured. I’m so happy with my car and the experience I had here. I will definitely be coming back to Volante Motors when it’s time for my next one. Couldn’t recommend Carlos and his team enough!

Late one night last week I saw a 2017 VW Jetta with low mileage on the Internet. I submitted an email requesting information on the car, not expecting a response until the following day but much to my surprise Lalo Prado called me at close to 10:00pm and he answered all my questions. The following day I was at Volante Motors and I was impressed with the nice selection of cars at their location in Fredericksburg Road. I met Lalo he got me squared away with a test drive and the financier Jimmy Conway wrapped up the deal quickly. Mr. Conway informed the car was in good condition when they received but they did thorough inspection and they installed a new AC compressor and the Car Fax report confirmed installation of compressor. I drove off with my 2017 VW Jetta in a little over an hour. I would buy again from Volante Motors.

I just bought a beautiful 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Johan, El Colombiano, made me feel comfortable from the very first online message. When I came in, he kept that same energy. Straightforward, patient, and really focused on what I needed. No pressure, just solid help. We got the deal done smoothly, and I drove away genuinely happy. If you're looking for a luxury car and a hassle-free experience, ask for Johan. Highly recommend. And honestly, I'll definit El Colombiano,.surely ill be back for my next vehicle.

The car was a great purchase overall! However, they ordered the registration sticker for me 8 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. We also needed to have the headlight replaced, which the worker took care of quickly and easily. The service was good, but I’m still waiting on the sticker
